「The room was reasonably clean, however the bathroom was in really poor condition. We had to be switched rooms mid stay. The staff were really helpful in getting this done.」

Didn't get the nicest reply from the back house associate (a male who was a bit curt) when I wrote to enquire about the property so was a bit worried. But the ladies upon check in and check out were amazing! And the property is lovely in a great location right on the beach. Our room still had a view of the ocean from the balcony despite being on the north side! A great stay - thank you!!」

「On arrival was told the restaurant would not be open during our stay, but we could order in however no facilities in the room ie plates, knives and forks! We ate out. No hangers in room and possums IN the roof, no sleep. Changed rooms, no possums but 4 coat hangers whoop whoop! Maleny was lovely but would not stay at Tranquil Park again.」

「I had a mixed stay. The good? The staff are lovely overall. The property & gardens are beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. The bad? Unfortunately my room wasn't ready at check in time, which I usually wouldn't be upset about apart from having paid a high rater due to it being holiday season. Skeleton staff was to blame (due to the holiday season) but in my opinion if you're not able to accommodate guests don't charge them top dollar, OR limit the number of rooms on offer, OR at least call...
