「We booked for 7 nights and were very disappointed to see how old some parts of our cabin were we we arrived. The installed hotplates obviously don't work anymore because we had to plug another outdated hotplate in, the plastic uncomfortable dining chairs looked like they were from the 60's and the couch was very uncomfortable to sit in. The air-conditioner was so loud inside we couldn't hear the tv or sleep with it on. The glass sliding door wouldn't lock because it needs new runners and the...

「The room was reasonably clean, however the bathroom was in really poor condition. We had to be switched rooms mid stay. The staff were really helpful in getting this done.」

「Amazing ladies at the front desk -- so super kind and nice...and really helpful and warm. Didn't get the nicest reply from the back house associate (a male who was a bit curt) when I wrote to enquire about the property so was a bit worried. But the ladies upon check in and check out were amazing! And the property is lovely in a great location right on the beach. Our room still had a view of the ocean from the balcony despite being on the north side! A great stay - thank you!!」

「On arrival was told the restaurant would not be open during our stay, but we could order in however no facilities in the room ie plates, knives and forks! We ate out. No hangers in room and possums IN the roof, no sleep. Changed rooms, no possums but 4 coat hangers whoop whoop! Maleny was lovely but would not stay at Tranquil Park again.」
