「Nice and peaceful. Authentic ranch environment on an open range, with cattle, coyotes in the distance, and a couple of nice barn cats. The quarters are new remodeled. Very clean. Nice place to get away and slow down. Highly recommend this place when in town for A&M functions, or if you need a real getaway from city life. Just a few miles to the campus, and close to the airport as well if you fly charter.」

「Our stay was very nice. The location was very convenient for going to the local dinosaur attractions. The host was very nice and hospitable. The only problem with the stay was the rooms were located on the second floor and the bathroom is on the first floor, but this was more of a physical problem since getting older stairs are a little more difficult to traverse, and having to get up in the middle of the night to "go" was tricky.
