The condo offers a queen size bed, a well equipped Kitchen, Smart TV, free Wi-fi, and stackable washer and dryer. The resort offers two beautiful pools, Sauna, Steam room, Fitness Center, Business Center and one FREE designated parking spots.
The space.
Casa Costa is a NON-SMOKING building, and our unit is Non-Smoking. The use of any drugs is NOT permitted, this includes Marijuana. If this house rule is broken, we will notify Airbnb and ask you to vacate the unit immediately with no refund, due to this violation.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire condo as well as the building amenities.
Please enjoy the beautiful heated pools at the 5th floor, ladies and men's locker room, sauna, steam room, fitness center, and business center.

*** We would like to inform you that there is renovation being done in the pool area. One of the pools and the hot tub is being resurfaced and waterproofed, as well as the units on the 5th floor. Please enjoy the other amenities offered by Casa Costa Condominiums: the lap pool, fitness center, steam room and sauna.
And of course, the beach, which is less than a mile away! ***
Other things to note
Casa Costa and ourselves take Covid-19 seriously and constantly deep clean and disinfect the common areas and the condo between each stay.
Casa Costa is also requiring all guests to wear face coverings while in the common areas of the building.
