"The evening staff on duty when we checked in was very helpful. They did not allow us up to the room until they had checked on its readiness personally (apparently the tech they used for this was not working properly). The breakfast staff was helpful and checked on us. Our one issue was that the cafe area was quite chilly Saturday morning. "

"Noah, the Front Desk Attendant, was especially welcoming and helpful. I told him I was taking my son to the Neil Young concert at the XFINITY CENTER in Mansfield. He kindly remarked that he saw Neil Young at the same venue, and pleasantly offered parking advice. He was terrific!"

"We had a horrendous day of flying with delays that made our arrival 6 am instead of 9 pm. We were just in time for a fabulous breakfast and then crashed for 5 hours on Hampton's wonderful beds. They were kind enough to give us a 1 pm checkout! "

"This was a large room and it is right near several restaurants and the large shoppers center with a Whole Foods. The shower had great water pressure. It is right near the highway and you can hear the highway at all times of the day. "

"The room was kind of dusty. The sink in the tub stoppers was not properly placed. They were out and they need an outlet for both the microwave the coffee maker in the refrigerator so if you had two plugged in, you have to unplug one plugged the next one in the staff was great. "
