"Great staff that did a great job communicating with us and meeting to get keys. Very nit picky thing but could’ve used a couple more towels. The shower/bathroom could’ve been cleaned more and the water was very slow to drain. For the location, you CANNOT beat the price. "On te good side: Very clean, large and modern (well refreshed) room. The bed super ok. The zone is good as well. The one first lady was very helpful, the other people on staff, they are ok but it could be better. On the so-so side: That was not a breakfast. On the airplane, the quality is better. Clearly they give it just to be on paper as marketing attraction. Just don’t wake up early for that, it’s not worth it. Some noise during the night from the pipes, I assume is as much as you could change on that building. Overall, except the breakfast it’s a good choice."

"This hotel serves its purpose if you’re just using it to sleep. However, it does not have a heater which I imagine is an issue when colder months come. Also no smart tv. No coffee in the room either. But the staff was very nice and helpful and late check out was a plus. Location is also great"

"We had a great time. Great location and this hotel has everything you need. I needed some help from the hotel either receiving a gift for my boyfriend at check in and they were super helpful with accommodating this. The only thing is that when I stayed at this hotel in NYC they provided water bottles/containers you could take to your room, this one didn’t. And I found myself missing this. It’s a small thing but makes a big difference. Besides this, would stay here again!"
