Gael & Sofie were so welcoming and went over & above, especially when we had a minor health issue to ensure we found appropriate medical care. They speak English quite well & we felt grateful as we were in their county speaking limited French. The chef’s menu choices in the restaurant are masterfully prepared and served with grace and elegance along with a lovely selection of wines. This is a place to lose yourself in decadent pampering and peace. Thank you, Château de Bagnols, for a delightful experience. 」

「Très bon hôtel, chambre spacieuse avec grande douche et baignoire, espace SPA au top avec des employées aux petits soins pour les clients extérieurs ou ceux de l'hôtel. Petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner que je trouve digne d'un 2 ou 3* avec un prix abusif (30€ par personne). La localisation est top avec la gare à 50m pour se rendre en 20minutes à Lyon et ne pas être embêté avec la voiture. 」

「Hôtel très bien tenu, situé à la campagne en bordure de route, mais très calme grâce à sa petite cours intérieure. D’une propreté irréprochable, l’accueil y est excellent et les équipements sont soignés. On se croirai presque à la maison dans une chambre personnalisée. Le petit déjeuner copieux, dommage qu’il manque un peu de produits frais.」
