Would recommend!

We had a short and sweet stay for a rugby world cup weekend. The hotel is a little further out but only around 30 minute drive to the centre (or a €25 uber), and it was nice to be out of the chaos! The hotel and rooms are beautiful, the pool area is gorgeous and the lobby is nicely set out so you can comfortably use it as a communal area. The lunch buffet was a little expensive but otherwise very happy!

A wonderful stay.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay. The owners and staff went above and beyond to make our stay lovely. It’s a fabulous location. Offers a fabulous breakfast selection. And the restaurant had a great menu. The hotel has a great bar/lounge area. There’s a mini gym and massage/relax area and they offer yoga too. They had an easy to get to boot room. They have a garage (extra) if needed & available but also free parking out front. We highly recommend staying here. Will definitely stay again.

Didn’t feel like the room was cleaned properly. Many hair in bathrooms and on the robes. Staff wasn’t welcoming nor very pleasant the second night. The restaurant buffet though was very nice high quality foods and nice service. The access to pool and spa opens way too late at 10am and closes way too early at 8pm for people who work…

I reserved a room (through Expedia) for Thursday, September 24. Was charged for a room on Friday, August 22, when I wasn't even in France. I've messaged the hotel twice (once in English, once in French) on consecutive days this week and have not heard back from anyone. I've contacted my credit card to reverse the charges. Had thought we might still stay with The Golden Tulip on our regularly scheduled date but am reconsidering that.

My stay was fully pre-paid via Expedia, yet the front desk processed an unauthorized charge of over £100 at check-in. Staff promised it would be reversed at check-out, but the funds were retained despite us incurring zero incidentals. Management is now completely ignoring all emails and phone calls to evade accountability for this unauthorized transaction. Deceptive billing and unacceptable customer service - immediate refund required.
