"Highly recommend this rental if you're staying in the Denver area.The property had plenty of room for a family of 8 and two dogs.The house was clean, and everything needed was provided. One of the bigger highlights is the kitchen. Lots of room, and the best-stocked kitchen I've had in a rental.Spa and firepit worked out great. The backyard has a grassy area for your pets and plenty of room to run. Be advised that part of the yard is covered in mulch, so your pets may try to chew on it.The neighborhood is nice, and there's a big park nearby that you can walk to.Most shops and food are close by. It is only a 15-20 minute drive to Downtown Denver.We would defnitely return when visiting Denver!"

"We loved the spacious room and the kitchenette, location was convenient and quiet. The breakfast bar is a huge benefit, however, it needs to be monitored better. I mentioned the coffee was not hot on the first morning and the attendant just fluffed it off and the second morning there were not any sausage biscuits. Otherwise the hotel was clean and well cared for."

"Property manager was friendly and helpful. Good communications. The home was mostly clean with the exception of the oven and under furniture. Some trash was accumulated in the backyard, but that was easily overlooked. With a little maintenance and improved cleaning this would have earned 5 stars. I would stay again. "
