「Great overall」

「Great staff」

「I’m so glad you asked because: We had to leave a day early after 7 full days! They wouldn’t give 8th day credit bsc booked on line and directed us to call you. Then when we called you, who was very nice in contacting them, they would not refund saying they weren’t authorized to credit back our card. Not good courtesy! We’re real sorry and won’t be staying there ever again. Our son lives in Broomfield & has very tiny apartment so we go every year but won’t be staying at Extended Stay. Thank you」

「A+++」

「Clean」

「ホテルがビジネス地区にあるので近くに繁華街などはない。そのためか室内は機能重視のシンプルな作りとなっている。ビジネスホテル的な存在で周辺治安・清潔感はとてもよい。フロントの対応も悪くない。」

「Great stay, lots of extras included with reservation.」

「素晴らしいスタッフ」

「Great hotel and great amenities and staff!」

「I ordered the room near the eleveter because my legs are bad, but wasn't. My room wasn't housekeeping at two days, and I called and told the circumstances and to need new towels and water to front desk, but nobody delivered.」
