"They put me next to a room with kids that were wild and loud. When I complained they said they were autistic. At 2 in the morning they were still screaming and banging the walls. I got absolutely no sleep that night. None. When I complained to the front desk I told her if it happened again that next night I was calling the cops. I meant it because the kids sounded like they need help. The older brother was watching them and he couldn’t handle them. He screamed at them at 2 in the morning. He shouldn’t have had to do the parents job. Where were they bar hopping. The second night after I made the threat and my brother also said we would call the cops they did much better. When I talked to one of the employees she rolled her eyes at me. I think she might have been the mother. Should I have had to put up with that. I don’t blame the kids but the parents need to parent. A little chihuahua swat is not going to hurt. Other than that the rooms were really clean."

"It was stated that there was a hot tub. The area that supposedly had the hot tub was covered with concrete and chairs and tables were placed over the concrete. The concrete did not look fresh! Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable but found a dog biscuit in the sleeper sofa. Sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable. Walls were thin when sleeping."

"The property is very old. There were cigarette burns on the sink and bathtub that have to be from 20+ years ago when smoking in a room was still permitted. I checked in very late and the staff was accommodating and I did get into my room. It was clean. There was no signage about WiFi being available or anything, nor anything describing amenities. The building is not marked "Suburban Studios" so was difficult to know I was there. For after hours there is a note on the side of the building with the number to call and it was barely legible. I had to shine my light on it and guess at 2 of the numbers. Parking lot was full, so it was difficult to find a spot to park. It was a busy weekend. Again, the strengths were the people working there, but the facility is old, tired, and not very appealing to the eye. Lots of dope smoking outside so the clientele is what it is. "

"We encountered two primary issues during our stay. Firstly, attempts to contact the front desk around 12 AM regarding a backed-up toilet were unsuccessful, and we were unable to obtain a plunger until the following day, when we requested one from a housekeeper. Secondly, upon arriving for breakfast 20 minutes prior to closing, we found that no food items remained, despite a significant number of guests still present and attempting to dine. Aside from these concerns, the premises were clean, and the housekeeping staff maintained the rooms diligently."

"Overall the stay was great. They have an indoor heated pool and hot tub. The rooms were clean and bed was soft. The pillows were a little flat if you like thick fluffy ones. The only downside was the breakfast. They have a really nice coffee machine but the (powdered) eggs and turkey sausage patties were pretty nasty. It’s already included in the cost (advertised as free) of the room. Save your taste buds and travel somewhere for breakfast."
