The room was clean, the bed was soft, the pool was small, but the staff was nice and helpful and the food truck on property was some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. It's also surrounded by fast food options and gas stations which is very convenient

The front desk agent was incredibly friendly and helpful. I think his name was Jordan. The property was nice. Perfect location, for our needs, between downtown and the airport. The area was decent and our room was clean. We didn't stay for breakfast as we had to leave extra early for our flight.

This hotel is very “mid”. It’s reasonably clean, a little on the dated side, with a mediocre breakfast. Desk staff was not particularly helpful. The price quoted at the desk was $30 more than on Expedia (go with Expedia… they refuse to match the Expedia price). There’s food nearby (chipotle, dq, etc) as well as a dingy looking taco truck permanently in the parking lot. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel, this isn’t the worst choice.

Booked on short notice because original hotel was not up to standards. Staff was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. They went out of their way to get us an early check in, so we would not lose any more of our vacation days. Breakfast was good and we always could find a clean table.

We had an unfortunate stay that was loud and the bed was lumpy. We stayed 1 night out of 6 & still haven't been refunded for the unused nights, but we're trying. Our stay was medical related so having good rest was important. The room was very spacious and clean, but the upstairs neighbor was stomping a ton, the bed was uncomfortable, and we could hear talking. I wouldn't discourage everyone, but our particular stay was not restful.

Clean room, very old microwave, breakfast was nothing fancy but good enough (biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs and a waffle machine + milk, yogurt, bread and cereal). The microwave in the Studio room was really old, seemingly 10-15 years old so couldn't use it much and had to go down to the reception to use the newer model. Staff was generally great. Refrigerator in the room was set up at a pretty low temp, had to adjust that to save the food.

Great place to stay for woman travelling alone. Felt very safe. Nice and quiet, also. LOVED the full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash AND body lotion provided in the bathroom. Provided a generous free breakfast which was very good. Only down side was extremely limited parking -- but it was free so can't complain. Will definitely consider this my go-to place to stay in Denver!
