「Beautiful place. Very clean and beautiful room. Beautiful view of St Mary's River. Such nice staff at the hotel. Just don't call the generic phone number to reserve. That random national Best Western phone operator told me, a single woman on the road, $230.00 a night and they only had one room left. I then actually booked through Expedia for $180.00 a night and the hotel was NOT full. She had lied to me. 」

「What a fantastic place!! 」

「ヨーロッパのホテルのようでかわいい印象のホテルでした。部屋も広くてよかったです。ただ冷蔵庫の中、前の人のものだと思われる飲み物が残っていたのと、ドライヤーが１つとベッドランプのつまみがどちらも取れていて使えませんでした。そのためか、ドライヤーが2台ありました。」

「シャワーが出ず、対応してもらえるまで3回フロントに電話等が必要で、最終的に部屋を変えてもらえるまで1時間以上待たなければならなかった。そもそも今日昨日壊れたという感じの故障ではなさそうだった。変えてもらった部屋は水回りが凄く古い部屋で、シャワーは出たが、翌朝トイレが故障した。ベッドだけはどちらの部屋もとても清潔だったが、対応が遅くメンテナンスも行き届いておらずがっかりだった。」
