"Beautiful Ryokan. Peaceful and very serene. I enjoyed walking around the town, visiting the Rose Garden, and eating at local eateries. "Great staying experience. Staff provides very good service. Every staff I interacted with spoke good English. The indoor and outdoor onsen make our experience even better. Food is good quality though a little expensive. Overall, it’s worth the money spent. "

"Amazing dinner in the hotel restaurant. The Wagyu beef was melt in your mouth fantastic. Great wine. The private onsen was perfect and so relaxing at the end of the night. Super comfortable bed and spacious room. Wish I had booked two nights. My only complaint is the coffee in the room is more espresso style and I love a big hearty cup of coffee in the morning. The hotel doesn’t offer coffee in the lobby which is a bummer. We didn’t add breakfast just because we don’t usually do breakfast. Great hotel, would definitely stay here again. "
