"We had an excellent stay at the Allegro Sonesta in Chicago! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel has a stylish atmospher with great amenities, and its location made it easy to explore the city. Would definitely stay here again — highly recommend"

"Clean room, great food "

"We went for our honeymoon! The grounds are gorgeous, the room is very comfortable and clean and we had a great view of the beach. I love that housekeeping comes twice a day! The service is great, they truly don't want you to lift a finger. Our butler, Ricardo, was fantastic! So attentive and left us several sweet surprises for our honeymoon in the room. We did the preferred club and recommend it. It gives you access to a quieter pool and beach. They are only a few things they could work on. Service can be a little slow at the Seaside Grill/Oceana and the main pool. Food is mostly good, but not fantastic. The large shower is nice, but water tends to pool outside the door and is a slipping hazard (as we learned the hard way). There aren't too many options for entertainment at night, so it's great if you are looking for a chill vibe, but it's definitely not a party resort. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and we would definitely go again! I've been home telling everyone how amazing our honeymoon was!"

We truly couldn’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time here. But what truly elevated our experience was the outstanding wait staff. The service was warm, attentive, and consistently above and beyond. A special thank-you to Super Yery, Ricardo, Emilio, and Alejandro at Wok, Felix at Capriccio, Omar and Natasha at the pool, and Jarol at the disco. Each of them brought genuine kindness, professionalism, and personality to every interaction, making our stay unforgettable. We left feeling incredibly grateful and already excited to return.
