「We had a nicely appointed room with a balcony and a view of the Maitland River. The staff at the Inn and dining room were helpful and knowledgeable. Also the food we had at dinner was excellent!」

However there were cigarette buds still in ashtray outside of room and the entire room smelled like cigarettes and food eventhough its a smoke free motel. Reception smelled awful. Owner / manager was very rude. Personal shoes everywhere. I made the mistake of leaving a Google review before check out. 「We absolutely loved our stay! The bed and breakfast is in a perfect location. It’s just a short walk to shops and restaurants, so we were able to leave the car and explore on foot. The hosts are wonderful! They’re so welcoming, friendly, and happy to answer any questions, which really helped us make the most of our visit. Instead, there was a sign to call a phone number and the owners in the next house came over to show us to our rooms then left us.
