"The hotel beds were very comfortable and clean and it was really close to train stations and buses. Be aware this is not walking distance to Myeongdong, although there are plenty of convenient buses and trains within steps from the main door. I still loved this hotel for its cleanliness and ease of check-in"

Amazing Hotel/Excellent Service in Seoul

"By far and away the best service I have ever received at a hotel, and I have traveled extensively. We had two different people greet us before even making it near the entrance, then a single person made sure we were guided and immediately attended to. We were graciously given a free upgrade and when the staff found out that we were here for a special event for the kids, they printed a letter to them and have a box of chocolates, which my kids can't stop talking about. The breakfast buffet was spectacular and absolutely worth the price. My husband still talks about how every other hotel on our trip was a letdown. 100% we would stay at The Shilla again the next time we are in Seoul."

"Imperial palace was our home for 2 weeks while we stayed in Seoul and I’m beyond happy with this choice. It was near the subway (Itaewon station) and was easy to get anywhere in the city from there. The nightlife on the weekends were lively but the party areas were far enough from the hotel that it didn’t disturb us. Very clean part of town and safe. Lots of shopping nearby with lots of restaurants at a walkable distance. The trail to hike up to the Namsan tower is close, as well. The hotel itself was very clean and well kept with swanky vibes and moody lighting. The staff was super accommodating and friendly! Would definitely stay here again! By mid trip, we started referring to it as “home”. "

"Loved our stay at Fraser Place. The washing machine in the room was great as it meant we could pack less and have more luggage space to bring home snacks and souvenirs from Seoul. The location of the hotel was excellent. It’s within walking distance to Myeongdong and Namsan tower and right next to Namdaemun market. There are excellent transport links via buses and the subway. The hotel was clean and facilities were great. Staff were also really welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again if I’m ever back in Seoul! Thank you Fraser Place!"

"I stayed at Mondrian Seoul Itaewon for 15 days and every moment was exceptional. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the kindness of the security team, the staff made me feel valued and cared for. The hotel is stunning modern, artistic, and full of vibrant energy. My room was spotless, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches. Dining at Cleo and relaxing in the lounge spaces made each day feel special. The location in Itaewon is perfect close to everything, yet peaceful. What stood out most was the atmosphere of true hospitality. This wasn’t just a stay it felt like home.
