「殆どのスタッフからホスピタリティを感じた」

「This property is a scam. They waited until I arrived at the airport at JFK to call me with checkin instructions. They then told me I had to pay a $500 deposit via PayPal or Zelle. They would not give me checkin information until I paid this. I told them I would not do that. I was happy to give them a credit card for a deposit but not cash through PayPal or Zelle. 「マンハッタンの中でもたいへん治安の良い場所に有りマーケットも徒歩5分いないに何件かあります。 サブウェイやマック小さなコンビニはすぐそこです。 部屋にもよるのかと思いますが、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、食器、食洗機が備えられていてニューヨーク暮らしを体験できます。ただし湯沸かしポットは有りません。コーヒーメーカーは壊れていて使用不可でした。恐らくお湯が必要ならルームサービスで対抗頂けるのでは、氷は電話すればすぐに持って来てくれます。ただチップはその都度必要ですが。」

「評判どおり日本のビジネスホテルに相当する狭さでしたが、料金、ロケーションの良さは最高でした。NYCではエキストラチャージを覚悟していたのですが、追加はありませんでした。高級スーパー2軒と24時間スーパーに挟まれ、豪雪に遭遇しても不安はありませんでした。朝食はお決まりのコーヒーとパンだけですが、スーパーでサラダ1品でも追加すれば豪華になります。部屋には冷蔵庫があるので、2日間保存できます。 グランドセントラルにも徒歩5分程度なので、そこから地下鉄でどこにでも行けます。天気が良ければ徒歩でも行けそうです。」
