「建物はかなり古そうではあるが、部屋はリニューアルされて綺麗。掃除もしっかりされていて快適にすごせた」

「Good stay and room is clean and nice」

「The neighborhood is walkable, which is a tough find for an Indian city. It was even walkable from the metro station. The room was very good other than the fact that I had no view whatsoever. The translucent windows opened out to a back alley staircase. The hotel diner and housekeeping were very good.」

「Best place to stay in Lajpat nagar. Affordable plus clean rooms」

「It was last minute booking and had good experience. 」

「NoGood very Bad 」

「From checkin to check out it was chaotic. The overnight guy checked in was irritated that I came at 5 am to check in even though I told them that I am flying internationally and my flight lands at 2 am. So I will checkin around 5 am. As soon as I went inside the room, it was dirty, sheets not changed and very bad smell in the room. Poor guard helped me to change the sheets even though it’s not his job. The staff member were really disrespectful towards the poor security guard. The way they...

「Location inside a labyrinth of narrow lanes. Was offered room at 2nd floor (Level 3) with no Elevator. Just a narrow staircase to access. I had arrived from Singapore with my wife and had a overnight stopover in Delhi so chose this location on account of proximity to Lajpat Nagar where I had some work. Place didn't give me good feeling. I arrived at 9pm. There was no staff to help me carrying up my heavy luggage. Frustrated with above, I just left the place without checking in and...

「They were not open for us to check in when they said they would be- we were stranded on the streets of Delhi. They did not refund us even tho we didn’t get to stay. 」

「A terrible, terrible experience. This is a big scam. The pictures of the hotel are not from this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel they told me I had to wait before I could enter the room, that because they were filling holes in the wall, and trying to put the sockets back in the wall. When we finally get the room, it has not been washed. We found trash under the bed, urine on and around the toilet, and residue of feces in the toilet. The bathroom window could not be closed, so they had just...

「客室も清潔で部屋も広くサービスも良かったです。」

「スタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。」

「A young man in a T-shirt and pants had been sitting in front of the room diagonally across from our hallway, looking at us. We had gone in and out a few times, but there were three people there the whole time, watching us. I felt scared, as if they were monitoring our entry and exit. When I asked the hotel staff, they said it was for personal security. I wasn't wearing clothes that suited the Five Star Hotel. Is it acceptable to have such casual personal security at a luxury hotel? I don't want...

「ホテルの入口でのセキュリティがしっかりしていて、治安の面でとっても安心感がありました。スタッフも親切でした。」
