「Great location, friendly staff」

「Do not stay here. Honestly, it’s cute and aesthetic, but not worth the price at all. I’d just go for a drink or sit at the Surf. There are way better places to stay. Reasons: - the staff (most, not all) were insanely rude - the floor of our room was sandy as were the sheets so was it even cleaned!? - no lock on the lobby bathroom door - not accommodating with early check in, we were told we’d receive a text when the room was ready we just so happened to walk by at 2:30pm and our room was...

「Hotel only opened a year ago and having a nice new room on block island is rare. Loved the place. Great location and wonderful amenities such as roof top deck and trendy restaurant/ bar. The check in process is different but seamless as no lobby.」

「Not enough plugs . Rooms looked outdated . Not enough coffee and cups. Cover spreads had some stains.」

「The employees, views were great. But: There was a green plastic floss pick the stood out on the dark carpet on the stairway. It was on the center of the step. Outside stairway going to the top level on Friday afternoon. Sunday afternoon it was still there. Maybe the floss pickup employee was on vacation during the weekend and the other employees had the “it’s no my job” attitude. I was tempted to pick it up but wanted to see how long it would sit there.」

「We really loved our two nights day at Phil and Ann‘s. The rooms were clean. The air-conditioning worked great the staff was wonderful. The room was quite small but recently updated so everything was new. The beds were comfortable pillows were nice linens, spelt clean, and fresh. Love the little amenities on the property fire pits, basketball volleyball, badminton little putt putt, mini golf. We would definitely stay there again to enjoy a few days in Rhode Island.」
