「While the room was clean, the sink was missing the drain flange was missing causing it to leak. No one did any housekeeping to this room while we stayed here. They did not replace towels or toilet paper when this would have been basic needs. The lady at check out was busy on the computer during check out and it appeared that she was playing a video game. She didn't even pause to take the key cards from me. The key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn't work in our hotel room...

「The hot tub is super cold. Called front desk and there's no way to make it warmer. The pool was cold yet warmer than the hot tub. They wouldn't switch our room to a 1 bed when we ended up not needing 2 beds. Actually wouldn't let us cancel our room at all when we no longer needed it.」

「The hotel opened 3 days before we checked in. So I thought there might be some issues with personnel working out the operational kinks. But everything went smoothly and every employee I dealt with was cheerful and helpful. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast was quite good with three different hot choices each day. It seems to me that those options can be depleted pretty easily however, depending on the size of the breakfast crowd. If it is busy, its difficult for the staff to keep the food...
