"Our room was in ill repair. There was a hole in the bathroom door and wall damage behind the door. Multiple places throughout the room has boogers stuck to a lamp, wall, etc. Areas above the shower appeared to have mold spots developing. Also, the room had a strange smell. . .perhaps lingering cigarettes smoke even though room was smoke free."

"While the room was clean, the sink was missing the drain flange was missing causing it to leak. No one did any housekeeping to this room while we stayed here. They did not replace towels or toilet paper when this would have been basic needs. The lady at check out was busy on the computer during check out and it appeared that she was playing a video game. She didn't even pause to take the key cards from me. The key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn't work in our hotel room just about every time we would leave the room. There was minimal guests during our stay."

"From my arrival to my leaving Everyone was Very Professional and Caring. Very Helpful and my room was so comfortable. Its an older hotel but I felt very welcome, safe and the hot breakfast was a very well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay."
