"Asked for low floor & was given 3rd floor. Room was small and bed against wall so could get in or out without climbing over other person. The shower was either freezing or too hot couldn't regulate. Needs a revamp"

"The hotel was covered in flies, pool area absolutely disgusting. Mouldy high chair, pool water was like a swamp and mould all around the areas. Staff were okay, room was okay except the flies. Very dated hotel."

"we had a great time here over the weekend, the room was good bathroom was good staff were so polite and helpful! the only thing I will say is the pool water could do with regular cleaning as we have got a little bug due to it but nothing major. We will definitely be back!"
