「Great hotel May be a budget hotel but the welcome you recieve is 5 star Its in a great central location The room was clean and fresh Couldnt have asked for a better stay With the bar downstairs as well its great for a chilled refreshment on an evening Ashley checked me in when i arrived and served me a few drinks through the evening...she was amazing (she told me to write that)」

「The hotel was very much worth the money! I spent £25 with breakfast included so honestly I was dreading going a bit. There were a few minor problems in the room but nothing worth even complaining about. The staff were lovely, the food was delicious and the room was clean!」

「This hotel was very excellent overall. I truly loved the pool and all the extras that come with it. The gym is honestly superior to all I've seen. The beds were very very comfy. The breakfast, dinner, Pub & Grill were also very tastefull and well worth the price. There is also plentyyy of parking space available. You also have a zoo which is very close by which is great for a lovely day out. 10/10!」

「Good in parts but bad parts too. Not what I expected. No bath plug....rang reception from room telephone and my mobile....housekeeping, maintenance and reception....not answered. Had to get dressed go down to reception to make my request. Then a 40 minute wait for one to get delivered to the room. Small window in bedroom with latch screwed down so window cudnt be opened so very little fresh air. Lift broken so big queues for the one service lift available with dirty towels and rubbish bags...
