The facility was reasonable. The bar area is not well laid out nor very comfotable. The tables were not cleand and the bar prices rather high. The dinner and breakfast were ok but little fruit available. Bedroom was fine.

The hotel at check-in was very welcoming the male receptionist was lovely and very friendly and really helpful..we returned to the hotel after the Lytham festival it seemed like a different hotel the receptionist/ barman was as miserable as sin we only wanted an Irish coffee to warm us up he said no it was after 11. The breakfast was beautiful and lots of choice. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was lovely and clean, staff were friendly. Room was serviced well. Comfortable bed. Room had a fridge and fire place with comfortable seating giving it a homely feel. Only slight problem was no rails what so ever to assist getting in or out of bath.

Our room, 304, was perfectly fine and to the level we were expecting. We were close to the lifts but this didn’t disturb us. If you want to be close to the Pleasure Beach this hotel is ideal. Our booking excluded breakfast and we ate out so I can’t comment on that. My only slight criticism is that the welcome at the front desk could be better. The lady who ‘greeted’ us was rather abrupt and could have been friendlier.

Nice hotel. Just what you would expect really. Very grateful for view of pleasure beach. This made my daughter’s holiday very special. Let down a bit by reception staff. Young girl very miserable & didn’t seem to be enjoying her job at all. There was also a terrible smell from our bathroom the whole time. Poss drain problem? Cleaners on the other hand were wonderfully courteous & welcoming. Overall a good stay & would stay again.

There was empty pint pots outside our room on arrival.. although the room itself smelt and looked clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well organised and pleasant experience. Carpark is is a free for all (good luck) Overall a little pricey for what you get. Cheaper options around.
