The space:
The apartment is located in a band new building, just a 2 minute walk to UAB Hospital and Children's hospital. Just 1 block from the Red Mountain Theater. The apartment is a cozy spot for your weekend getaway or long term stay with tons within walking distance. Can't get more conveniently located!
Guest access
Guests will enter the building with a digital key, get a key fob from a lockbox inside and use the key fob to access the residential floors and to enter the apartment door. A guidebook will be sent with information on the day of check-in.

No parking is available at the building. In the guidebook suggestions of free and paid areas to park will be provided. If staying more than 28 nights parking can be provided if requested.
If for whatever reason the elevator is not working, guests understand they must access the property via stairs. Listing is on the 5th floor.

Nice Place/Loud Location

The apartment was lovely and clean. It was the perfect size for a short stay. My only complaint about the apartment was the overhead lights went on twice in the middle of the night, waking us up. Not pertaining to the actual rental: The building was under construction and there was a horrible chemical smell coming from the lobby and it seeped into the 5th floor apartment, especially when the a/c kicked on. It would have been nice if the elevators were working, as my husband and I are older and had to walk up and down 5 floors. And the noise from the street was bad. There were street racers, cars revving their engines and spinning out and doing donuts much of the night. Can’t control the outside happenings. The location was great as we could walk to many places and we felt safe there.
