The service from one of the front desk ppl was poor, simply asked for towels and they said not until the next morning.
Room was fine, but area smelled like cigarettes all the time.
Was quiet throughout my stay.

It just opened a new location since 7/4/19. It used to be at the Chamber of Commerce but now it has a new building right across the Post Office (on Big Bear Blvd).
