I definitely will book again and loved the names of each cabin and decor that was different in all cabins. Such a cool, different type of place to stay.」

The cabin has been remodeled and we were pleasantly surprised at how well equiped and comfortable it was. It had everything! Parking was out the door, came with 2 bbq's, hot tub, patio chairs and a fire pit...what else do you need? Thank you for a great stay!」
「I loved this property and will certainly return next time I visit Big Bear! That said, they were definitely unstaffed which led to some not so great service. When we first arrived at 7pm we had to wait almost an hour to check in because the front desk agent was on her dinner break. I totally understand everyone needs a break but there should definitely be a manager to cover breaks! It was a Friday night and the property was definitely busy. Then when we got to the room, the keypad didn’t work so...
「I have been to Big Bear many times and this stay was the best. Very unique property nice cleanly rooms and very quiet even though it sits on the Big Bear Blvd. Cold plunge, sauna, horseshoes, bean bag toss and a pool. Close proximity to the village for dinner and close to both ski resorts. Will definitely stay there again! 」

「There was an issue with check in that was likely a combination of issues between the hotel and Expedia that clearly had frustrated the hotel employees and guests as generally tensions were elevated during check in and it was not the most pleasant experience but it was able to be resolved. The AC was not working in the entire hotel and it was a hot weekend though it cooled down pretty well at night and was quiet enough to keep the windows open. The hotel location is great! Very walkable to things...
