「Great hotel for the price!!! Remodel very nice and modern. 」

「Very bad customer service and manager or owner. Whoever the older lady was had the weird eyes nicest way I can put it. She is a very rude bad word she come running out of the hotel room at 10 AM long story short she made me pay for my 13-year-old son who was tall with a small massage because she was 100% sure he was a grown man and me being eight hours away from home. I had no birth records to prove he was a child got woke up at 2 AM with bedbugs bites which I am in talks with attorney about...

「TV didn't work. went back to the desk. Told her. She turned and walked off. Silent! disappeared for 10 minutes.. Came back. told us she reset it and it was working fine . Maybe she meant she went to reset It in a utility room..?? Well we went up..still not working .husband called desk . She said she had come to our room and reset it and it was fine. Who gave her permission to enter our room?????? she said she's giving us a new room..She did not mention giving us a discount ..I feel...

「The staff were so accomodating and caring when my son slipped and fell. The guy at the front desk provided all the first aid supplies we needed. I plan on staying there again of we pass through.」

「Was cheap and nice room. A little stale smell but not too bad. Did not pay for the breakfast.」

「Bath tub had black mold-looking stuff on the grouting. Toilet was not secure to the floor and was propped up by what looked like cardboard.」

「No one staffed front desk. Tried check in for 2 hours. Never got checked in Found another motel 30 miles out of my way. If I was charged for no stay it was done fraudugently I will look into retaianing a lawyer. My charge should not been charged」

「We did loose internet connection so gps did not always help but the local stores did. Also the managers answered their phones and were so helpful in many ways! I’m very glad we went.」
