「ホテル敷地は素晴らしく期待以上でした。宿泊料も安くドアマンの対応もバッチリでした。フロントの人の対応はビジネスライクでした。 部屋は美しく清潔で広かったです。 ただ、食事が…。 はっきり言えるのは、夕食（トレシャムレストラン）は1人2万円以上でしたが、到底、そのレベルの内容とサービスではありませんでした。 ずいぶん前に予約したにもかかわらず、通路の端のような寒いテーブル、考えたくありませんが、私たちがアジア人だからでしょうか？ 甘すぎるデザートが、なぜか2つも続き、配膳も非常に遅いので、4時間もかかりました。そんな内容ではないのに！ もしこのホテルを利用するなら、トレシャムディナーレストランは避けるほうがいいかと思います。」

「Basic hotel but absolutely fine. Good value for money and great location. Be aware the Room 1 is over the kitchen and their air conditioner produces loud buzzing noise in the room until late. Staff sympathetic but unable to help. 」

「Booked 3rd bed had brown stain on mattress cover . Booked breakfast but discovered only one voucher for myself and two children. Minimal information given as to how to use voucher .」

「The room was so tastefully decorated, the bed was incredibly comfy. Dan was so helpful and very communicative. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to others. 」

「Historic old building in a beautiful setting. Quirky but relaxing and the outdoor spa is an amazing experience. Clean comfortable room. No refrigerator though. I was in a newer extension towards the rear of the hotel and the walls were a bit thin. I could hear the extractor fans from the bathrooms around me. But zero traffic noise.」

「Road noise audible from the nearby A1 but expected that so ear plugs prevented any issues. Dated decor and furnishings but room clean. Tea coffee kettle in room. My priorities for this stay were location and cost and Redwing Lodge delivered on both. Staff very friendly, self service breakfast basic toasts, cereals, drinks. Perfect for a budget stopover spot. 」

「I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but I was warmly welcomed with a smile, which I truly appreciated. They kindly shared information about local shops and sightseeing spots, which helped ease my worries about being in a new town for the first time. The building is old, but the room was clean and I had a comfortable stay. (Adjusting the bath water temperature was a bit of a challenge.) Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay.」
