「I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but I was warmly welcomed with a smile, which I truly appreciated. They kindly shared information about local shops and sightseeing spots, which helped ease my worries about being in a new town for the first time. The building is old, but the room was clean and I had a comfortable stay. (Adjusting the bath water temperature was a bit of a challenge.) Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay.」

「For £70 we wasn’t expecting much but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very friendly atmosphere met some lovely people the room was small but it did the job and breakfast was in with the £70 which you could not fault it was lovely and the landlord was friendly to, so yes a great place to stay 」

「we arrived at the black bull in Godmanchester to check in the landlord and staff are friendly the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable we did have an issue with the kettle at the time they didn't have a spare but to resolve the issue the barman lent his own personal kettle from his flat witch he went above and beyond of his duties i would definitely recommend yo stay here 」
