"We stayed here for a guy’s weekend to celebrate a birthday. The property had plenty of room and was in good condition, as well as recently updated. It was an easy walk to a surf shop for renting boards and wet suits, as well as the beach. Also east walk to get to a market and all the restaurants in Highland. A longer walk but doable to get to the Manhattan Beach pier. I think it was nicer than the photos. The bunk bed had a trundle bed so slept all 4 of us easily. Perfect spot for the weekend."

"The location is key here. The Green Store is super convenient to have right next door and it is a very short walk to the beach. Also, it is very close to where lots of the action takes place in Hermosa Beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. Good Stuff and Martha's were both wonderful places for breakfast."

"Spent a week here, great location, clean and easy to access. Parking is fine--but you do have to stay focused timing of the meter during the day. We had a great time and would definitely recommend!"

"Stayed her for a week while visiting family in the area. Is very adequate for one or two people. Vicky the owner was very helpful to us. Kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Shower has great water pressure. This apartment is below another apartment... So you do hear upstairs neighbors moving about. Will rent again if needing a place in Manhattan Beach again."

"My stay was exceptional. The Orange Door Team's management is outstanding, they really work hard to ensure everything is perfect. The location was ideal, the access is easy and the amenities are plentiful. The decor is beautiful, and there was ample storage. I was lucky enough to stay during a rare California rainstorm and loved listening to the rain fall on the roof. Highly recommend!"

"Great location but the bed was horrible. I tried sleeping on the couch & it wasn’t any better. The air conditioner was ok if you stayed in the living room. It was one of those portable ones that made a lot of noise. The picture on the website was not the same as the furnishings in the living room??"

"We were attending a graduation at LMU this weekend and wanted to find a place close to to the University and LAX. This location met our expectations and more. Located just blocks from the beach and restaurants, we were able to enjoy wonderful walks along the beach, dinners and shopping. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and stay again, hopefully longer next time."
