「While traveling, the host called us to inform us of flooding in the house due to the neighbors unit, we were devastated, but within an hour, she got us relocated to another house that was fabulous. She made sure we made it there and had great instructions and that we were happy with the property when we arrived. "It was clean, and especially the feel of the bed sheets was very good. In the photo of the room introduction, there was water around the coffee machine, but it was not in the refrigerator, so I had to go to the front desk to get it. From the next day, my family of 4 stayed, but they distributed 2 bottles. It was a bath, but the adjustment of the temperature and switching to the shower was not smooth. It was a calm environment, and it was on the second floor, but I was able to stay quietly. The weather was cloudy in the morning and evening for all three days, and I took a room with an ocean view, but I couldn't see the wonderful sunset. When I come to Redondo Beach again, I would like to stay at this hotel."
