「This was a great stay. The hosts were very professional and accommodating. The house, yard and premises were in excellent condition, and fully equipped for relaxing and cooking. All very clean and organized with plenty of room. The location was excellent in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The hosts provided guidance on nearby restaurants, stores and amenities. Overall, this was an excellent experience. 」

「We had a wonderful stay for my 30th birthday! The location was very convenient to downtown Venice and was walking distance from the restaurant we chose for dinner. The property itself was very clean, and the host was very kind and helpful with any questions we had. I would love to stay here again in the future!」

「The property is beautifulI would highly suggest more furniture in the front room. One couch in NOT enough for even 2 people to sit comfortably to watch TV.I would put a couple comfy chairs/ecliner . It plenty big enough!」

「The host with the most! Sothea is a very kind, and accommodating person. Our son had an unexpected trip to the ER, and we were allowed a late checkout time. Just wonderful to not have to worry about rushing in the morning. The layout is terrific, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. I hope we will get to stay again, when visiting next time. My family is going to recommend the place to their friends too.」

「From booking to check out- Eryka was wonderful to work with, great communication and ease in contacting her. Eryka was quick to respond with any outreach. Eryka's check-In, Check-Out and in between instructions were wonderful and made the process very easy.The home is beautifully renovated; they had everything we could need! Fully stocked. 「Overall a pleasant stay. One slight issue which should be addressed is the downstairs bathroom had a slight odor of sewage. This should be corrected for the cost of this property. 」

「Larry was very polite and welcoming and the bungalow was perfect for our 3 night stay for the Rose Bowl festivities! We were only a couple of miles from the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl stadium. The bungalow was spotless, well stocked and most importantly cozy and quiet, allowing a nice place to relax between our busy activities. It rained a LOT, but didn’t impact the quality of our stay. We hope to return when there is some of that famous Southern California sunshine. Go IU! 」
