We use privacy-compliant noise level devices called Minut inside the residence to ensure that noise levels do not exceed the community guidelines. If there is excessively loud noise or a party in our home or on the premises, there will be a noise violation fine ($500), the reservation will be canceled, and you will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining our great relationship with our neighbors and community. — Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 9:00am — Absolutely NO unregistered or additional guests in excess of Reservation are allowed. The occupancy will be verified. If you wish to change the number of guests, please make appropriate reservation update to reflect the actual number of guests. If the number of guests exceeds of what stated on reservation, the reservation will be canceled without refund. — NO pets are allowed. Violation Fee is $100 per pet. We reasonably accommodate documented service animals. — For your safety and security, we have property manager residing near the home. We also have a front door camera filming and recording 24 hours a day. — Please do not move the furniture from its original placement — Please maintain our home clean and clean up after yourself — No smoking, vaping, or similar activities anywhere in the premises. Will result in $500 fine and immediate cancellation — No mail delivery. Packages cannot be delivered to our home. You can, however, send packages or mail to our local UPS store, Fedex Store, or have it held at UPS or the US Post office for you to pickup. If it is an Amazon package, you have have Amazon send it to a local Amazon locker for you to pick up. Please check with these companies to find the solution that works best for you. — Lost or damaged items incur replacement fees, so please be mindful and careful — Late check out is not available. By booking the property and accepting the reservation, the guests agree to vacate our home at or before 11 am on the day of your check out. Failure to vacate the home by 11am on the day of your checkout means that you agree to pay a rate of $100/hour AND 3X the normal daily rental amount for any time in which you go past the 11am checkout time. If you fail to vacate, we reserve the right to immediately notify police, file criminal trespassing charges against you, charge your credit card, and file civil complaints against you for monetary damages. — On some occasions, the maintenance team or members of our staff may need to access the inside of the home. We shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. We will ensure to give you advance notice whenever possible.
