「This property is in a very bad part of Dallas, homeless all over the place. Parking is not free it is valet parking.The building looks to be an converted office building you must be aware of your surrounding at all times when going to the parking lot or returning to the building 」

「Horrible. Firstly we couldn't reach a host and there was no number to call. The text exchange was just AI responses. I wish i could post the exchange it was ridiculous. The property was in a horrible part of town. Surrounded by homeless people. Uber driver insisted on escorting us in. When we opened the door to the apartment we couldn't breath. Clearly there had been work done recently as the smell of varnish or sealant of some kind was overwhelming. Without a window to open we had to vacate...
