Amazing views

What a wonderful place to come for a family holiday. The view is fantastic. It had everything we needed. Plenty of space and beds. Great for 2 families, as you can close off one end and it's like apartment within the house. We will be back.

Great weekend

House was large enough for all 7 of us, nice and close to shops and clubs. Having the beach right across the road was amazing. Thankyou for our stay it was a great weekend

Disappointed

Location great, but the conditions for the price really not worth it. The owners nice but didn’t really resolve any of issues.

It was exactly as advertised & we all had a great time. PS rubbish is a bit of a problem as the bins were full when we got there & so even though rubbish has been collected , the bins are once again full as had to put our rubbish in the bins after the rubbish truck had been.

Great place or friends and family to enjoy time away

Great place to stay. Would happily stay here again. Great location right across from the beach and house is well looked after. Would 100% come back and stay with family or friends.

No beach BBQ sob

Owner kindly gave a partial refund for the fact that the BBQ had collapsed, corroded gas lines and was not safe to use. We were thankful for that. House could have definitely been cleaner and better set up with enough crockery etc for all 10 beds. But the location was superb, a few steps to the beach.

Casey's Beach Batehaven

The location of the property was across the road from the beach with great views and located close to other beaches and amenities. The covered verandah at the front is ideal as we had some rainy weather and you could still sit there and look out at the views. The only significant point was the need to have better cleanliness inside as there was a lot of dust under the chairs and beds and some of the furniture. We did clean up some of those areas. Just something to note in the future. Overall we did enjoy ourselves and the grand children certainly had fun.

Alot to improve on.

When we checked in, the house was not clean at all. The floors were filthy and my sisters feet were black after 5 minutes. All of the plates, cups, glasses and cutlery had to be pulled out of the cupboard and had to be washed as they were filthy and still had lipstick on the glasses from the last people who stayed at the house. There was food from the previous people through the dishwasher, the kettle had mould in it, the bathroom off the 2nd lounge area had mould on the roof and tiles and the house was dusty which isn't good for family with asthma. We spent an hour cleaning the house when we got there after travelling for 5 hours which we weren't impressed with as the cleaning fee we had to pay was $375 when booking the house. However, Jackie did give us a partial refund for the cleaning that we had to do. The screen doors don't close properly so we couldn't have the door open for fresh air because the toddlers could just push the screen door straight open. The microwave didn't work and we had to buy one. Frying pans need replacing as they are extremely old and food kept sticking to them and falling apart. For 5 nights we paid $2500, which really isn't worth it when there was so much wrong with the house, and for the price you pay to stay there they could atleast have wifi. Perfect location though.

Five star beachfront location

As a group of friends we enjoyed the location of this property, a genuine beachfront house, for a week’s post pandemic getaway. The house is well set up for a family or group of friends, especially having a third bathroom/laundry facility. Unfortunately the house was not as clean as we expected - the BBQ in particular was so filthy as to be unusable, having obviously not been cleaned of greasy food particles from a previous user - I have spoken separately to Jackie about our concerns. Having said that however we found the house to be a good centre point for days of driving, exploring, shopping and numerous beach walks. The heating worked well for the chilly evenings. The local shopping centre was a handy bonus. We enjoyed eating most of our meals out in the many eateries in Batemans Bay and surrounding areas of the South Coast.

Ladies Weekend at the Coast

What a great place to stay with a group of friends! Everything was clean and tidy. The owner was so easy to communicate with. The beach was across the road and the shops were close enough.

Batehaven Break

Overall this property is functional and has an amazing view of Casey's Beach. The backyard is very small with parking available on vacant block next door. Great decking in front with BBQ. The property can be divided into two flats with one having a kitchenette.

Perfect family holiday home

Amazing family holiday home in the perfect location, amazing views including watching dolphins passing by everyday, from the front deck. Would definitely recommend as a great family holiday house.

Lovely house to stay in right near the beach

Lovely house, short walk to batehaven shops and great playground for the kids The house had everything we need for a week. Very well equipped kitchen. Love the fact there was 3 bathrooms and a 2 lounge rooms. The only downside was the front garden could have been a little bit more cleaner it had empty beer can and smoke butts,also the house needs a good dust. But other then that it was a great place to stay.

Stunning views!

We stayed at Casey’s Beach holiday house for two nights. The house was very spacious for 4 adults and 3 children. Water views from all but one room was absolutely stunning. A couple of things work on though. The rubbish bin was full when we arrived and wasn’t collected during our stay which meant we had no room to get rid of our rubbish. I noticed this was a problem for a previous guest too. The heater in one of the living areas wasn’t working as well as the dishwasher. Loved waking up in the morning hearing the waves crashing on the shore. Great spot!

Beautiful spot. Awesome house.

Only issue was the rubbish bins were full when we arrived and only the small red topped bin was emptied 2 days after we arrived. Bins were full when we left we had had to put rubbish in green bin as nothing else available. House needs more bins or organise more pick ups. We had 5 adults so plenty of rubbish and no where to put recycling. Also disappointed that their was only one car space for a house that sleeps 10.
