"The house itself is beautiful a spacious, However it is loud at night as it’s on a busy street. Location is great, with lots of good food options within walking distance. The house was also a little dirty when we arrived, in particular the kitchen seemed like it wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival. However the staff was responsive and fixed the issue promptly. Overall a pleasant stay and would be a fantastic place for a large group."

"The hosts Victor and Stefi were very attentive to our needs. Since our flight artived in the morning, Victor and Stefi had a room ready for us to leave our bags. After a long flight, it was nice to have a place to freshen up. They went above and beyond to make sure our time in Cartagena to celebrate one of our sister's birthday and went as far as making the reservations for a the birthday dinner. Excellent customer service and we were right in the middle of all the action."

"The house is just perfect and cozy, perfect location, great pool and gathering spaces. The best part are the employees. They are so easy to communicate with, helped with so many of our requests, and were always friendly. I’d book here again in a heartbeat."

"The location, property, staff, and host were all wonderful. I would highly recommend this rental for most people! However, if you have an trouble with stairs, the stairs are a bit hard to climb and there is no hand railing. The stairs are a little difficult to navigate for me (I have some mobility issues). I think this may be common in many Cartagena properties, but I just want to flag it for others!"
