In the Villa by Aunt Tina

  • This completely renovated property is 2 minutes (160 meters) walk from the sea. Located in San Giorgio (Bari), the Villa da Zia Tina has comfortable interior spaces, a large outdoor area with eucalyptus garden, pine trees as well as indoor parking spaces (max three cars) and a large terrace overlooking the sea.

    The villa has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and the third with a single bed.
    Furthermore there are 2 bathrooms, a kitchen equipped with everything you need and therefore with fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, washing machine. The kitchen is adjacent to the large living room (open space), very bright, with table, chairs, sofa and a flat-screen TV (40 '').

    Possibility of bathing on a free beach or possibly in an equipped structure (Lido San Giorgio) present at 1 km from the Villa.

    The villa is 3.5 km from the center of Torre a Mare, a suburb of Bari, where there are all kinds of commercial and food activities, restaurants, wine bars, super market fry shops, as well as a splendid walk on the harbor pier and 10 km from the center historic of Bari reachable by bus (AMTAB) 12 / with a stop on the coast at 160 meters from the villa.

Perfect short stay around Bari

We had a perfect short stay in the Bari area. Nice towns, nice coast, nice weather; what more could one wish for. The house proved to be a perfect point of exploration. It had everything and was in good order except for one shower which had little warm water. Unfortunately it was the season of mosquitoes, which made using the garden area impossible.

Advantageous location to visit the attractions of Apulia

Leonardo and his wife are very friendly and always happy to support their guests. The house is in a good condition and provides everything a tourist could need. There is a pretty garden with a super large terrace under big trees which provides enormous space. The only thing we would recommend to improve are the lamps in the living room and the kitchen. They are equipped with bulbs which emit a very cold light. Using warm light bulbs would create a more cosy atmosphere. The area and the neighbourhood where the house is located are a bit ugly. Several properties are unattended. Depending on the wind directon, the traffic noise from the coast highway is clearly audible. But there is also a big advantage: The location is perfect to visit all the attractions of Apulia. To Bari it's only 10 kilometers and a lot of other highly attractive locations are easily reachable.

Superbe!

Chouette villa, avec airco dans le living, très bel exterieur, avec fleurs et arbres. Parking pour 2 voitures Proche de la mer et d'une petite plage très sympa. Entspannt im Innenhof grillen

Wir waren im Mai bei Tante Tina. Die Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet. Ein Einzelbett steht in einer Nische im „Flur“. Für uns hat das alles gepasst. Das einzig störende war die Wasserpumpe direkt hinterm Schlafzimmer. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst nett und sehr hilfsbereit. In geschätzten 300 m erreicht man einen Fischhändler, bei dem man morgens frischen Fisch kaufen und abends im schönen Innenhof bei Tante Tina grillen kann. Es gibt einen regelmäßigen Busverkehr nach Bari. Es ist auch ein Parkplatz für ein Auto vorhanden. Für uns war es dort sehr entspannt. Vielen Dank.

Villa avec magnifique terrasse

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Maison avec 2 vraies chambres et un espace nuit sans porte avec 1 lit pour une personne. Deux salles de bains fonctionnelles avec wc. Cuisine bien garnie avec beaucoup de vaisselle et d'ustensiles pour cuisiner ainsi qu'un lave-vaisselle. La maison n'est pas très moderne mais cela est suffisant pour des vacances. Ce qui est surtout très agréable c'est la très grande terrasse où on peut manger à l'ombre ou au soleil car il y a plusieurs tables. Maison proche de la mer mais il faut vraiment une voiture pour se déplacer. Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances dans cette maison.

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, qui nous donnent bcp d'informations touristiques et pratiques. Cependant, quelques travaux sont à réaliser ; - car le compteur électrique disjoncte assez rapidement lors de l'utilisation du lave-vaisselle par exemple, - les 2 salles de bain mériteraient d'être rénovées. A noter une pression d'eau très insuffisante dans une. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les extérieurs et terrasse.

La location est super

Rien à dire sur la location , la description correspond complètement à la maison. Un super jardin nous avons pris tous nos repas dans le jardin toujours à l’abri du soleil. Je pense qu’il faut mieux avoir une voiture pour se promener, les italiens ont été très sympa à chaque fois avec nous mais par contre ils ne savent pas conduire , ils ne respectent rien , feu rouge , stop, ligne blanche , vitesse, cela demande de la concentration pour conduire. Et pour finir Tina est très sympathique, le frigo était rempli de fruits de jardin, apéro , nous avons passé de super vacances

Nous avant adoré la maison et la gentillesse des hôtes. Par contre, l’absence de wifi n’est à mon avis plus acceptable en 2023. Aussi l’eau chaude et le système électrique sont peu fiables. Bref, c’est magnifique mais il faudrait un peu d’amélioration.

Nettes Ferienhaus

Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Haus. Schöner Garten, wir hatten leider etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Störend war, dass das "3. Schlafzimmer" nur eine Nische ohne Tür war. Für Kinder sicher geeignet, jedoch nicht für Erwachsene. Es gab anfangs Unstimmigkeiten bzgl. des check-in. Laut Anzeige 12 Uhr, in der Nachricht dann 17 Uhr. Nach Einschalten von Fewo-direkt konnten wir dann um 13 Uhr eichecken. Das Ganze war verbunden mit vielen Telefonaten, kurz vor Abreise einfach unnötig. Sehr nett war der Empfang, man merkte, dass die Leute bemüht waren, uns um 13 Uhr einchecken zu lassen. Empfang mit super leckeren Panzerottis.

Kurzurlaub mit der Familie

Wir waren über Ostern mit der Familie in der Villa. Meine Frau kommt aus Bari. Sehr gut Lage, zu Fuss nach Torre a Mare, 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in die Stadt. Fischhändler und Bäcker (Foccaccia!) in Laufdistanz. Praktisch eingerichtet und schöner, gepflegter Garten.

Vacanze al mare Puglia 2020

Casa molto bella ed ottimamente attrezzata. Ampia, stanze e letti comodi, cucina efficiente ed attrezzata, Ampio soggiorno, condizionatore efficiente e funzionale. ogni finestra e porta dotate di zanzariere. Silenziosa giorno e notte. Ampio spazio esterno per ogni attività, ma soprattutto per cenare e far colazione, ombeggiati da alberi e pergole. Barbeque comodo e parcheggio interno per auto, motorini, bici etc. il tutto recintato e protetto da cancello e ingresso con ottime serrature. Purtroppo il villino si trova in una zona deprimente, vicino al mare ma una delle riviere peggiori che si possano desiderare. E' quindi necessario spostarsi in altre zone per poter godere di una costa o spiaggia degni di tal nome. oltre a qualche pescheria nei pressi non ci sono negozi pe acquisti alimentari, ci si deve spostare con auto. Per chi come noi ha in programma di spostarsi gite turistiche e far kilometri per vedere spiagge diverse può essere una buona soluzione. attenzione, i navigatori gps e Google compreso non vi porteranno a destinazione, la zona è un labirinto disordinato di strade tortuose e cieche. meglio chiedere al propietario che vi raggiunga sulla litoranea e vi accompagni. La puglia e ciò che si può visitare e godere comunque ripagano ampiamente.
