Washing machine, 3 hair dryers, tumble dryer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, freezer, television, free fiber optic Wi-Fi, electric vehicle charging point. Enclosed garden/courtyard. Garden furniture with 2 deckchairs, 3 sun loungers, and a barbecue. Private parking on the property for 3 vehicles with a dedicated electrical outlet for electric vehicle charging. Non-smoking house. Pets not allowed. A cleaning fee of €200 is available.
