"All in all a good hotel. The language was a bit of a barrier, but the younger staff made a good effort to communicate, and one of the Clerks spoke English fairly well. The room was basic, but it suited our needs. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning, very important in Seoul during the summer, worked quite well. I will stay here again."

"The Mondrian is located in an excellent location in Seoul. The property is trendy and in excellent condition. The staff could be a bit more friendly. I come to Seoul 4 to 6 times a year and only stay at the Mondrian. I asked for a late check out on 7/4/2026, and I was told the hotel was totally full. However, I requested the late check out for several day but the staff I dealt with was not friendly and very short. I wish they could given me some options due to my loyalty to the brand but that wasn’t the case."
