"Staff was great and spoke English, so very catering for English-speaking travelers. Great location in the heart of Myeongdong right near many shops, cafes, and eateries. Room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again."
"The room was beautiful and luxurious with a nice view of the mountains. Situated close to a subway station.
The Groceria on the ground floor (restaurant) had good lunch food.
However the bathroom in our room smelled bad.

"The breakfast buffet was delicious, the rooms were clean and spacious by Korean standards, and the property itself was very centrally located. I loved my stay. "

"Clean room for 3 with 3 beds. All conformed to the pictures, room was good.
For 1 night it was great, close to the Seoul Station before we are going to Busan. "
"Lovely staff who provided exceptional service at the counter and also with room maintenance. They helped us organise an uber taxi to Gimpo airport when it was pouring and we didn’t have any luck with our own uber app.
Hotel is located in a very convenient location within walking distance (max 30min) to Gyeongbokgung, NTV Tower Seoul, Seoul City Hall and many other spots. Amenities were great and our room was very spacious. "

"Great staff. Clean room. I love the most of this hotel: there is no pungent scent( perfumy smell) in the lobby and other areas. I am glad that the Shilla is not doing what other five stars hotels are doing. I hope that they keep their own classic style and maintain.
