The staff at the desk were very kind. They spoke English, which was very good for me since my brain was too frazzled after traveling all day to try and put together sentences in Korean. The breakfast served each day was a buffet of many different things, including various fresh fruits, pastries, French toast, sausage and bacon. It was very delicious. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely a place ai would stay at again.

Staff at Lobby spoke English, very kind & helpful. Housekeepers also spoke English, if u need anything in ur room they come quick Breakfast epic, amazing fresh food, staff spoke English very kind.
