Grandfather Mountain Chalet

Whether you’re looking for a day of adventure or a weekend of peace and solitude, this beautiful A-frame vacation rental has got you covered. This 3 bedroom (plus loft), 2 bath cabin lies just 6 miles from downtown Banner Elk and close to both Beech and Sugar Mountain Resorts. A multi-level porch offers panoramic views of nearby Grandfather Mountain, while the backyard patio, with a gas grill, is perfect for making family meals. Hit the slopes, take a hike, or simply sit back and enjoy the view!
The space:
Downstairs features a full kitchen, combined dining and living area, one full bath and two bedrooms. Upstairs features one bedroom, one bathroom, a living area with mountain views and a kitchenette as well as ladder access to a loft.
Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire house except some locked cleaning/owner closets. Each bedroom has its own closet/storage space.

4WD/AWD recommended during winter months.
