「The staff were warm and welcoming, and so excited to see my adorable kitty. The room was pet friendly including fabric on the sofa that was scratch proof. The only issue is that the sink cabinet is not fully enclosed. It has an opening large enough for a cat to jump inside and hide. This was extremely concerning when it first happened. I was able to close the opening with packing tape to prevent this from happening again. However, this seems like a detail that the hotel should address as they...

「We enjoyed how close it was to all of the shopping and dining areas on Main St. The Inn was clean and comfortable. The staff was responsive and hospitable. 」

「The front desk lady asked what floor did I want to be on. I didn’t have a preference but she did make sure our friends were across the hall on the second floor. The breakfast is on the second floor so this was great! Hotel is in a great location for all the mountain area activities.」

「We stayed 3 days and we enjoyed this hotel very much. Accessibility to major spots were excellent and Harris Teeter was within 10 minutes from the hotel. Only complaint can be less availability of kitchen such as sink, pot and microwave machine. But we could survive with ready-to-eat meals. Overall we recommend this hotel.」

「Perfect location to everything 」

「Cabin was nicely arranged and had most amenities needed. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom which was unfortunate. We enjoyed the gas log fireplace. A repairs are needed: microwave door is significantly cracked, the back left stove burner does not work and the ceiling needs some places repaired in a couple areas. There were plenty of clean linens and blankets. We would certainly book with them again.」

「Nice clean room with an updated bathroom. Pretty gardens and fountains on site. Several rooms available with more amenities. Friendly staff. I thought the price was a bit steep for the small space we had but you are centrally located in town with shopping and dining within walking distance.」
