"Almost everything in Beech Mountain is overpriced, but not this pleasant, older hotel. Yes, it is a bit dated and could use a little spiffing up, but our suite was roomy, comfortable, and well-equipped. The central location cannot be beat. The staff was friendly and attentive and responded promptly to minor problems. "

"The room was very cute. It was very clean. Very welcoming. However, the bed needs rotate or replaced. You roll to the middle, its lumpy and not comfortable. The property has horrible lighting it is dark. The property has horrible signage. We had to get out of our car to figure out building numbers. Unless they individual owners had light up or reflective signage you could not tell the building and room numbers. This particular room 3302 is by the pool and metal triangle on top of the building, just to help the next people who stay."
