"The pictures do not represent the true appearance of this hotel. The whole place was filthy. Our room had not been cleaned. Someone else’s soap and shampoo was still in the shower. Sink was stopped up. Beds and pillows were absolutely horrible. Signage states it is under construction but no work looked to be going on. The lazy river and pool were down in the basement and it was disgusting. Don’t trust any reviews that are positive because they are not true. Save yourself from making a mistake by staying here!"

"We stayed in the new part of the resort and unfortunately our pool was closed for maintenance. Very disappointing because we had to find our way to the other part of the resort to swim. The staff didn’t really know how to direct us to anything. We did a lot of walking around just to have to figure out where everything was on our own because we were pointed in the wrong direction multiple times. The elevators were not cleaned properly. Just a wet floor sign covering spills that left stickiness on your shoes. Our beds did not have fitted sheets on them, just flat sheets laying on top of the mattresses. I expected a better experience and was disappointed with the “ok” experience we received."

"Property is located in a great location with views of Blue Ridge Mtns. Get a room with mountain view. Rooms were clean, staff helpful, all restaurants were great. If you are there on a Friday or Saturday night take advantage of Seafood or Prime rib buffet, we did the Prime Rib buffet, it was excellent. Chef prepared food with too many choices. Easy access to downtown and Blue Ridge Parkway. Very expensive however it is a 5 star resort."

"This is our second time staying here. I don't know if I will stay anywhere else in Pigeon Forge. It is close to Dollywood and convenient to several area restaurants. The rooms are spacious and very clean. My grandson loved the pool area and must have slid down the waterslide 100 times! The staff was great and very helpful. We also enjoyed the food at the Fins Bar and Chill."
