「We requested ground level room for our puppy and the hotel arranged the nearest room to the exit. That was really helpful for us. Thank you! 」

「The room was nice. Service was terrible. We were there for 2 nights and the room was never serviced. Tried calling housekeeping several times, tried calling the front desk several times and no one ever answered the phone. Husband eventually went to front desk so that we would at least have towels for the morning. Although there were plenty of places to eat, they were mostly all fast-food areas.」

「The location was nice being downtown. We had a suite which was nice and large. Bed was comfortable. Place is a bit run down. Continental breakfast was weak at best. We went out for breakfast instead. Pillows were small and not comfortable. Couches in suite were stained. Our window faced the restaurant and it was loud until they closed on a Friday night (midnight???). Don’t think I’d rent there again. . 」

「This hotel was advertised as having an EV charger - they had one, but it didn't work, they said they had been trying to fix it, but couldn't figure out how and then didn't offer an accommodation on the price they charged. When we got to the room, it had deferred maintenance - missing towel hooks, leaky shower, etc. They aren't keeping this place up at all.」

「The property had only been open 2 weeks when we visited, so everything was spotless. You can literally walk to walmart, the parking lots meet, and there are various eateries within 1/2 a mile. The only negative thing was the water pressure in the shower, probably debris from the new pipes? It was so slow!」
