Staff was great, but the room was just okay. Paper thin walls, can hear literally everything, bed was decent, A/C worked fine, no hot water, and the WiFi is easily the worst I've encountered on my trip. Also, the sink leaked so mold around faucet, I cleaned.

Quiet & convenient location. Everything so far was acceptable. Of course, a little facelift at the rooms was desirable like replacement of wardrobe with lighting, refurbishment of toilet & wall tiles, adopting sloping shower platform to enhance water drainage… etc.

Pro: The hotel is very close to a BTS station (Saladaeng) and the room was quiet. The staff was pleasant. The place was clean. Con: The room with windows didn't have windows. It had glass blocks that could not be open and did not have a view. It was only a $5 difference (from room with no windows), but there was no value to this 'upgrade'. The water pressure was low, and the hot water was lukewarm at best. Overall: This would be an okay 2-star accommodation in a very good location.

The location and the friendly staff are great,however the condition of the room is just barely acceptable.Only 1 key card is provided.The air conditioning needs some time to cool down the room.The facilities look quite old.All in all,it is a great place for those who miss the last bus or train to home or those who just need a base to explore Bangkok in a short period.

Housekeeping wasn’t done first day and we ran out of toilet paper. All the walls are so dirty so I can only imagine the rest. It smells so bad in all the building. We had big cockroaches in the room. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. Only good thing about this place is the location right by the BTS and that it is safe.

Hard to justify.

Difficult to judge, its all about expectations, however, here it comes Positive: Kind staff, clean room, in the middle of Patong area ( which we did not know when booking ). Negative: No breakfast, very busy area du to "next door "location to Patong area, hard to find as it was in the backyard of a small soi, dark location as you was just looking into other buildings.

My stay

Not a bad stay but concerned that my ‘pay booking at hotel’ was disregarded. My bank account was debited the full booking amount 5 HOURS before check in time and 6 hours before my arrival. Received an unsatisfactory answer as to why it happened and an offer to bill a different way was not very forthcoming. Would also point out that the promised ‘blackout curtains’ are not blackout curtains, and I wish I had remembered that there is a nightclub next door that pounds bass music until 3 or 4 am. The young man working late night/mornings is very professional and kind. Thank him for me please.

Although the payment is done via the Expedia portal and they confirmed at the check-in, you are required to pay 1,000 Bahts as a deposit in cash. There is no option to make the deposit with your credit card or other method. I asked the staff if it is possible to return the deposit to may credit card I used for the reservation/payment, and the stuff confirmed it. BUT, at the check-out, they sad they can not return it to the credit card, and only possible with the cash. They told me that it was a mistake of the stuff member who did the check-in. It is very disappointing as I did confirm it several times at the check in....

予約時に窓付き、バスタブ付きの部屋を4泊予約したが、窓もバスタブも無い部屋だった。 まず換気が悪いため室内はカビ臭く、清掃は毎日入るがシーツは一度も交換されず、清掃も適当でゴミや髪の毛がシーツに落ちていた。 部屋を変えるよう要請したが満室だから出来ないと… これまでバンコクのシーロムで数々のホテルに宿泊したが最低のホテルであった。 このホテルを検討している方は絶対にやめた方がいいと思う。
