"The space was great for our family of five. The bus system was so easy to get on and off and get to where we needed to go. We went to the local ski resorts and had no problem getting there without a car. It was nice to have a kitchen and be able to make breakfast and some dinners as well. The staff was always friendly to help when needed."

"Wasn’t notified the hot pool jets weren’t working. Wish I had known as it was the main reason I booked the hotel. There should have been a disclosure at the main reception or even a better rate. "

"We loved our stay. The property is clearly older but it has kept all the charm and updated what’s important. Having a view onto the pool with the sunroof brings light into the room and is fun for the kids. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the busier part of Banff which is perfect for a stroll (and peace and quiet)!"
