"This is the best IHG hotel we've ever stayed in. They provide daily housekeeping with impeccable cleaning standards. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. There's also a shuttle bus to and from the hotel and Shin-Osaka Station (exit 4). The surrounding area is full of restaurants and stores. Additionally, the rooms come with a kitchen and laundry facilities. Staying here was definitely the best decision we made during our time in the Osaka area."
