「Ordered a Western omelet and was served a plain omelet. When I explained what a Western omelet includes, the server insisted ham was an extra $2 and clearly had no idea what I was referring to. The interaction made it obvious they weren’t familiar with the item at all even though its on the menu. It was late, we didn’t have time to argue, and the whole experience was frustrating and not worth the effort.」

「スタッフは親切な対応です。 電子レンジを使いたいと受付に言ったら部屋に持って来てくれて、宿泊中無料で使えました。シャワー・浴槽つきの広い部屋で満足です。 比較的治安はよく、10分くらいでレストランに行けます。食料品のお店は近くには見つけられませんでした。 交通の便が今一つでPenn駅までタクシーで15−28ドルくらいかかりました（ウーバーにすればもっと安いと言われました。） Expediaで支払った料金に加えて、施設・サービス使用料とかに別途毎日約30ドル請求されました。」
