「My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Our reservation was canceled, which was frustrating enough, but the way the situation was handled by the front desk associate made it significantly worse. When we arrived around 1:00am there were already families waiting in the lobby. We waited approximately 20 minutes before the front desk associate came out. During that time, he repeatedly yelled from the back office that he was "on the phone" and "busy," and at one point told everyone,...

「Gym was ok but a lot of equipment did not work. The pool was great but extremely cold. The hotel rooms, food, and staff was excellent.」

「Clean & spacious room. Nice amenities. Overall a pleasant stay minus one situation. Unfortunately another hotel guest stole our Uber Eats order from our hotel door which was disappointing to say the least. First of all, who does that?!? Hotel staff thought it might’ve been one of the several teenagers staying there that weekend. The staff couldn’t do much except give us a breakfast voucher. Security cameras around the building & floors would’ve helped minimize this issue.」
